You can pay by credit or debit card securely online. Please note, charges on your statement will appear as "GeigerBTC".

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive safely. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.

Please ensure that all items are returned in the original packaging and with the Packing Note. Please clearly write on the packing note if you require a refund or exchange.

All exchanges/refunds must be returned within 21 days from date on the packing note. We will be unable to process any orders sent back after this time and the item(s) will be returned to you. Shipping (UK Mainland only) is charged at a flat rate of £3.95

It is not possible to track deliveries to PO boxes but we may be able to make special arrangements. Please email gwr@geigerbtc.com to discuss.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item you have selected is in stock. Delivery can take up to 5 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).
